Please read carefully our Return & Refund policy before you send something back to us.

We will not issue refunds for products we receive without prior notice.

Our policy lasts 30 days based on EU rules. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. E-mail us at info@feypapanikou.com informing us about your request and if you are eligible a return-code will be given to you and further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that all shipping fees are your responsibility.

Non-refundable:

• Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Gift Cards 

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Sale items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We can only exchange items for the same or higher price. If you want to exchange an item for a lower priced value a store credit will be given to you to use on a future order. Store credits cannot be passed to other people and are valid for one year. If your item is defective or damaged you can exchange it for the same item.

Gifts

If you received a gift purchased from our store and you want to return it you can either exchange it or you can receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

Please remember that we need to be notified within 30 days from the purchase date. After that all purchases are final.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Η πολιτική μας διαρκεί 30 ημέρες.

Για να δικαιούστε επιστροφή, το προϊόν σας πρέπει να είναι αχρησιμοποίητο και στην ίδια κατάσταση που το παραλάβατε. Πρέπει επίσης να βρίσκεται στην αρχική συσκευασία.

Δεν μπορούμε να δεχτούμε επιστροφή σε custom κομμάτια, προσαρμοσμένες παραγγελίες και είδη εκπτώσεων.

Για να ολοκληρώσουμε την επιστροφή σας, χρειαζόμαστε απόδειξη αγοράς. Στείλτε μας email στο info@feypapanikou.com ενημερώνοντάς μας για το αίτημά σας και εάν πληροίτε τις προϋποθέσεις, θα σας δοθούν περαιτέρω οδηγίες για το πώς να προχωρήσετε.

Σημειώστε ότι όλα τα έξοδα αποστολής είναι δική σας ευθύνη.

Μη επιστροφή χρημάτων:

• Οποιοδήποτε αντικείμενο δεν είναι στην αρχική του κατάσταση, με εξαρτήματα που έχουν καταστραφεί ή λείπουν για λόγους που δεν οφείλονται σε λάθος μας

• Δωροκάρτες

• Οποιοδήποτε αντικείμενο επιστρέφεται περισσότερες από 30 ημέρες μετά την παράδοση

• Εκπτωτικά προϊόντα

• Custom κοσμήματα

Μόλις ληφθεί και επιθεωρηθεί η επιστροφή σας, θα σας στείλουμε ένα email για να σας ειδοποιήσουμε ότι λάβαμε το επιστρεφόμενο προϊόν σας. Θα σας ειδοποιήσουμε επίσης για την έγκριση ή την απόρριψη της επιστροφής χρημάτων σας.
Εάν εγκριθείτε, τότε η επιστροφή χρημάτων θα διεκπεραιωθεί και μια πίστωση θα εφαρμοστεί αυτόματα στην πιστωτική σας κάρτα ή στην αρχική μέθοδο πληρωμής σας, εντός ορισμένου χρονικού διαστήματος ημερών.

Εάν δεν έχετε λάβει ακόμη επιστροφή χρημάτων, σημειώστε ότι ενδέχεται να χρειαστούν μερικές ημέρες για να επεξεργαστούμε την επιστροφή χρημάτων από εμάς ή/και την τράπεζά σας.
Εάν έχουν περάσει περισσότερες από 10 ημέρες μετά την επιβεβαίωση επιστροφής χρημάτων, επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας .

Εάν λάβατε ένα δώρο που αγοράσατε από το κατάστημά μας και θέλετε να το επιστρέψετε, μπορείτε είτε να το ανταλλάξετε είτε να λάβετε πίστωση δώρου για την αξία της επιστροφής σας.

Να θυμάστε ότι πρέπει να ειδοποιηθούμε εντός 30 ημερών από την ημερομηνία αγοράς. Μετά από αυτό, όλες οι αγορές είναι οριστικές.
