We will not issue refunds for products we receive without prior notice.

Our policy lasts 30 days based on EU rules. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. E-mail us at info@feypapanikou.com informing us about your request and if you are eligible a return-code will be given to you and further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that all shipping fees are your responsibility.

Non-refundable:

• Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Gift Cards 

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Sale items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We can only exchange items for the same or higher price. If you want to exchange an item for a lower priced value a store credit will be given to you to use on a future order. Store credits cannot be passed to other people and are valid for one year. If your item is defective or damaged you can exchange it for the same item.

Gifts

If you received a gift purchased from our store and you want to return it you can either exchange it or you can receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

Please remember that we need to be notified within 30 days from the purchase date. After that all purchases are final.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All orders under 80 € have have a 5€ flat rate and are shipped with a tracking number.

Allow us up to 3 - 7 working days to prepare and ship your order.

After the parcels are sent they usually need 1-2 working days to arrive.

All orders are sent via Speedex & Dhl ​

 

Shipping to the rest of the world

All orders under 180 E have have a 15€ flat rate and are shipped with a tracking number.

Allow us up to 3 - 7 working days to prepare and ship your order.

The shipping time depends a lot on your location.

Europe: approx. 3-5 working days,

Rest of the world: normally 7-10 days but can be up to 3 weeks​

All additional border fees are the customer's responsibility ​
